This policy explains the information collected through the Routine Prints email-signup service and contact address, how signup records are managed, and the choices available to readers.
Email signup
Routine Prints invites readers to “Join the Routine Prints list for useful guides and future site updates.” The signup form asks for an email address and requires an explicit checkbox accepting: “I agree to receive email updates from Routine Prints.”
When you submit the form, the signup module stores your email address, a duplicate-check hash, the signup time, the page path where you signed up, the accepted consent wording and the collection status in the site’s WordPress database. The recorded source path excludes query strings and page fragments.
This launch setup collects signups for future updates. Newsletter delivery, confirmation messages and unsubscribe features require separate configuration and are not part of the current collection setup.
Contact messages
You can contact Routine Prints at contact@routineprints.com. A message sent to this address includes the sender’s email address, the message itself and any attachments the sender chooses to provide. This information is used to handle the request or question.
Access to signup records
Authorized WordPress administrators can view, export and remove email-signup records. Newsletter records are also included in WordPress personal-data export and erasure tools.
Signup records remain in the database until an administrator removes them or an erasure request is processed. The signup service also creates temporary anti-spam rate records using hashed network identifiers. These temporary records are subject to periodic cleanup.
Your choices
To ask whether Routine Prints has a signup record associated with you, request a copy of that record or request its removal, email contact@routineprints.com. Include the email address used for the signup so the relevant record can be identified.
Because email delivery is not currently configured through this setup, requests about an existing signup record should be sent directly to the contact address rather than through an unsubscribe link.

Routine Prints may link to other websites. Those sites maintain their own privacy information and practices, which should be reviewed on the relevant website.
